Im Colin a 32 year old male who has smoked for the past 14 years. i have tried to kick the habit on numerous occasions but to no avail, this time though i have started this blog in the hope that it might help me and anyone else who should read it. if it helps only one person to quit smoking then it has worked please leave me a comment or message and best of luck should you try to quit yourself.
